Description Weddings Wedding announcements should be submitted within six months from the date of the ceremony. All articles will be edited to conform to newspaper style. Do not use abbreviations. Include town and state on all address information. Be as descriptive as possible and only list friends or family members who have made a significant contribution to your ceremony and their relationship to the couple. (Example: Mary Roberts, friend of the bride.) Please do not include created titles without giving a full and detailed explanation. (Example: Wishing to incorporate the groom's children in the ceremony, they were given the distinctions "Junior Bride and Junior Groom." Poor quality photographs will not be accepted. Every announcement submitted must include a contact name and number. Please include the following information 1. Was it a double ring ceremony, open church ceremony, single ring ceremony 2. Bride's full name and address. 3. Bride's parents full name and address 4. Full name of Bride's grandparents and addresses: (If they are deceased, please put "the late" in front of their names) 5. Groom's full name and address. 6. Groom's parents full name and address 7. Full name of Bride's grandparents and addresses: (If they are deceased, please put "the late" in front of their names) 8. Date of Ceremony 9. Place where ceremony was held. 10. Who the Wedding was officiated by. 11. Who gave the bride in marriage 12. Who escorted the bride. 13.
